What age ranges do you serve?

The Learning Lab LLC provides specialized support for learners from early childhood through young adulthood, serving individuals ages 2 to 21.

How do we get started with the intake process?

Getting started is simple. Contact us to schedule an initial consultation, after which you'll complete our parent-friendly intake form to help us understand your child’s unique strengths and needs.

Does The Learning Lab collaborate with my child's school?

Yes. We believe in a collaborative, neuro-affirming approach and frequently work alongside teachers and school staff to ensure skills generalized across all natural environments.

What insurances do you accept?

To assist your family, we are pending credentialing with Aetna Better Health, Anthem HealthKeepers Plus, Humana Healthy Horizons, Sentara Health Plans, and UnitedHealthcare for ABA services.

We also offer Singe Case Agreements with providers not listed above, as well as, Self- Pay options.

Where are ABA sessions typically held?

Sessions are designed to be relevant and functional, held where learning happens naturally—including at home, in schools, daycares, or within the community.
