Our Approach
At The Learning Lab LLC, we provide personalized ABA services for learners ages 2–21 across home, school, and community environments.
Founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and former special education teacher with nearly 20 years of experience supporting diverse learners and families. Our approach is rooted in relationship-building, meaningful communication, and practical skill development that supports everyday life.
We believe learning looks different for every individual. Our goal is not to change who a learner is, but to help build confidence, independence, self-advocacy, and functional skills in ways that feel respectful, achievable, and meaningful.
Services are individualized to each learner’s strengths, interests, communication style, and support needs. We focus on helping children and adolescents develop skills that increase participation and success across natural environments, including home routines, school settings, social interactions, and community experiences.
Collaboration is at the center of our work. We value strong partnerships with caregivers, educators, therapists, and related service providers to create consistent, supportive environments where learners can thrive.
At The Learning Lab, we strive to create learning experiences that are engaging, flexible, strengths-based, and centered around the unique identity of every learner.
A mix of play-based/naturally occurring and structured learning time.
Ongoing data collection to guide decisions.
We focus on creating an environment where learning feels natural, achievable, and meaningful.
